  What's needed for a
successful program?
AK W&M has no authority to test any fuel quality-gasoline, diesel, biodiesel. A materials recycling center in Anchorage has invested in a 250,000 gallon per year biodiesel plant to experiment with the fuel in it’s fleet. This will be monitored to see if the fuel will become available to the public.
